Latest NewsSeminar and Training RowSeminar time again and this time Niall McCann from Komale who rowed with James Burge in the Atlantic Rowing Race 2007 will be doing the honours and speaking about Training and Physical Preparations as well as putting these into practice whilst at sea. This seminar will start at 2pm on Saturday 1st November and will be in the Bristol area.
